This little sandwich is perfect for brown bag lunches or a quick snack
Yield: 2 servings
2 | Tablespoons | mayonnaise | |

1/4 | teaspoon | dijon mustard | |
|
|||
1 | cup | (about 5 ounces) cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped | |
|
|||
2 | slices | bacon, cooked and crumbled | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | shredded cheddar cheese | |
|
|||
1 | Tablespoon | chopped green onion | |
|
|||
1 | tomato, cut to make four slices | ||
|
|||
2 | pitas, cut in half | ||
|
|||
1/2 | cup | alfalfa sprouts | |
|
Blend together mayonnaise and mustard; add chicken, bacon, cheese and onion. Stir to combine.
Place 1 tomato slice into each pita half. Spoon one fourth of chicken mixture into each pita half. Top with sprouts.
